This
flat was designed by the CUSTODIAN team to meet the needs
of a transitional living unit for the Brain Injury Unit
This
flat was designed by The Robert Gordon University's SMART
Thinking, Steve Bonner (who commissioned and installed the
equipment), Jeremy Linkskell, Sandy Anderson and Lorraine
Pape (amongst others) in 2000. Its main design feature was
to enable people from the Royal Victoria Brain Injury Rehabilitation
Centre to have a place where the could safely be monitored
and assessed off-site by staff of the unit as well as act
as a demonstration flat for demonstrating the technology.
